I love curbside, the app is pretty easy to navigate. I like the fact that it saves me time from going into the store. However the entire store is not available through the app.
Thank God! So tired of walking around and hearing other people chatting about nonsense. Shopping should be stress free!
Some bad moments
I tried to find a target near me and it shows no targets only CVSS and other stores does curbside not go to target anymore?!
Three times Ive tried ordering through this app, and three times Ive had to go into the store.
The first time, the app recognized my location, but the stores phone lines were down. I ended up going inside and waiting in line for 20 minutes at the customer service desk.
The second time, there was only one curbside spot in a crowded parking lot, and someone was parked there for over ten minutes. Since my wife was driving, she dropped me off, and I went in. It wasnt too bad, but was still annoying.
The third time, the app didnt recognize that I was at the location until I was inside, standing in front of the employee handling the curbside pickup operations.
Local stores like target have curbside parking spots and posters but the app says nearest store is 30+ miles away. Target is not even listed as a store in the app. What a major fail! Will delete app now.
I downloaded the app because I have a 2 year old and sometimes in store shopping just isnt an option. And when I went to use it only one store popped up. Even though where I live there are 3 targets in a 5 mile radius, a Best Buy a Sephora 2 shopping malls and an outdoor strip mall. I needed some things from target and it wasnt even an option. Boo! Disappointed
Here was a good idea which has been executed poorly and gone horribly wrong! Great concept but in 2 months they have lost all CVS and TARGET stores in the Chicago area.
Also the app needs your location data continuously which is a huge battery drain. Why dont you add the option of allow location access only when in use?
I was trying to pickup something from target with the $10 off coupon and it said it was unavailable. I called the store and they said they have three in stock. I placed the order a few more times and it kept saying unavailable. Finally I just went to the store and they had a bunch of them in the store!!! I think they just didnt want me to use a $10 off coupon. But I gave it two stars because I submitted feedback and got a call from someone at curbside literally two min later! Not a lot to choose from at the stores either. But nice concept just needs more improvements and refinement on the website. Oh also after talking to customer service I was not able to use my $10 off coupon. It said I already used it but all my orders were cancelled...
