Service does not work

This service flat out does not work. You place an order at Target, it says that the order will be available in 90 minutes. Two hours go by and you receive no notifications. You call Target. They track down your order and tell you its ready. You drive to Target and call again. Still no update saying the order is ready.
This app is completely pointless because you can already order stuff for in store pickup at Target.
Also, if you cancel an order it doesnt notify the store and theyll prepare you cancelled order anyway. Sure hope it doesnt bill me for it.
