Awful three month ordeal
Edit: Take a look at the reviews for all versions, not just the current versions reviews. Its been three months since my only transaction with this app and I still havent been given a refund for THEIR mistake. There were three five star reviews had the same typo. They pumped up good reviews in attempt to balance the authentic bad reviews. Then, they just got rid of all the lower reviews.
Average user interface. Average transaction. Curbside was not very easy once we got to the store - there were no clear "Curbside" signs and the associate with our stuff noted she had trouble navigating the app. My main issue with this service is their inability to follow up with user complaints. MONTHS ago, I was charged TWICE for a single transaction. I emailed Curbside and received no response. I only received a reply once I complained publicly on their Facebook page. After an initial response to my email, they completely vanished again. I would rather walk into the store and do my shopping than deal with this awful customer service. Not worth the headache at all.
