I have a 10-month-old and it is not easy getting him in and out of the car to run errands especially when he falls asleep on the car ride. I pulled up to the front of the store and within seconds an employee was walking out towards my car with my order. I cannot begin to describe what a game changer this is for me! I will be using much more often!

We waited a whole day for the order to become ready but it never did. Dont ever bother trying them

Seriously, I have placed two calls to customer service, sent multiple emails and had NO RETURN CONTACT! I have given Curbside at least 3 chances, all at the same Target store. I NEVER get a text telling me my order is ready, yet when I show up, the Target employee tells me that the order has been ready for a long time. Most recently, the Curbside signs were gone and other customers were parked in the designated spots. I referred a friend who has 3 little kids, and she had the same experience. The only reasons I’ve kept trying are inclement weather, the fact that I’ve gotten $10 off each time for referring other people (who have then had bad experiences and complained to me!) and the fact that I’m fighting cancer and would like to conserve my energy. However, this is not possible. I end up schlepping into the store every freaking time. Serious changes required before they roll this out to other stores and areas.

Curbside is pretty easy to use, though it offers a very limited selection from the store. Virtually no fresh food is offered, which doesnt really make it practical for groceries. In addition, they do not offer store discounts, for example if you use Target, you dont get the Red Card discount.

I tried searching for something as simple as 2% milk in both the search bar and in the category and all that comes up are things that has milk in the product, but not an actual gallon of milk. I searched for several other things and the same thing happened. I am not willing to scroll through hundreds of products to find what I need. I deleted this app immediately. Id rather go to the store.

I love this app! Have used it several times and my order is always ready when I get to the pick up tent. Never have to wait and the people are great! As a mom and dog owner its so nice not to have to park and deal with the little ones. Plus I dont have to wait hours or days for home delivery. Perfect for picking up non-perishable food or gift items en route to parties.

I was so happy to use this app when my children were sick to get milk, eggs, and ice cream, but now none of that is available. No point in using the app now. Will try other services

I dont know if its the app or the store to blame but the items available are so few compared to what I can get by walking in the store that the app is practically useless. And the categorization is a joke. At target you can choose, from the same menu, Clothing, Clothing and Accessories, Apparel, and Sweater Store. Sweater Store?! Go to Condiments and Salad dressing and there is a loooooong list in random order. Youve got scroll through the whole thing to see all the Newmans Own varieties, for example. Theyre scattered throughout. None of the same-brand items are grouped together. There doesnt seem to be any reason to the order. This is just a couple of examples from a few minutes of searching. So amateur!
