Excellent No hassle experience. Reduces trip to the store

Nice and convenience I always have a good experience with curbsite. Highly recommended.

Searching for items brought up many unrelated items. You cant take advantage of any of the Target sale items. You have to enable ALL notifications for the app to work (you cant just enable one or two scenarios like every other app on an iPhone). It took over 24 hours for my order to be ready for pickup at target. The only people I can see using this are people with babies who cant get out of the car to pick up a regular online order at the front desk. I have a baby and for me, it is just less of a hassle to order on the regular target.com site and run in to pick it up.

It says it needs to change my settings. And I changed it. But I still cannot check out. Keeps telling me to change my settings. But they have been changed.

This is an ideal dream service for moms who dread dragging kids in and out of cars and stores running errands. Curbside has glitches but its new and theyre working on it. Customer service response is good.

This service is very convenient for mommy with little kids. I dont have to get off the car to do the grocery shopping, especially when my kids are sleeping in the car!

Dont have a txt msgng? Cant order any thing.

This service flat out does not work. You place an order at Target, it says that the order will be available in 90 minutes. Two hours go by and you receive no notifications. You call Target. They track down your order and tell you its ready. You drive to Target and call again. Still no update saying the order is ready. This app is completely pointless because you can already order stuff for in store pickup at Target. Also, if you cancel an order it doesnt notify the store and theyll prepare you cancelled order anyway. Sure hope it doesnt bill me for it.

Love the convenient service but hate the glitchy app.

Horrible. If I wanted to go inside to pick up my things, I wouldve ordered through Target and picked up inside. No one waiting outside, finally went inside after notifying and calling with no answer. App removed

{Rated just because I had to} Not available in my location. Itd be useful for people like me if they expanded the search; I live about 25-30min away from major retailers, but I do go shop there frequently, so if they could expand their search of places "near me" itd be great. My sister uses this all the time and highly recommends it.

One star because of the free $20 for first time users and the other for putting the blame on target. Target employees need to learn how to work this thing. I thought they were supposed to deliver it to my car outside? Why did it take a whole day to tell me my pick up was ready? My whole experience was horrible. From the hours waiting to the customer service call and charges for cancelled orders. Probably never going to use this app again.

I dont see why people are giving this 1 star!? Ive NEVER had a problem with it. And I love how convenient it is. Unfortunately the closest store that does curbside is 40 minutes away from me, but I go there often to visit my grandma. So I usually order my items about a half hour before I leave, and theyre usually ready by the time I get there. And I love the reusable bags that I get from target for using curbside!! And Ive already gotten a $10 off for having a friend sign up. I love evening about it

All-around bad experience. Target may be partially to blame, but the Curbside app is just not reliable or helpful. First of all, it said it the order would be filled within 90 minutes. The order wasnt filled until the next day- around 18 hours later! Curbside is also not good at answering emails. Again, Target also wasnt great (they gave me a wrong item) either.
