Curbside - shop for pickup App Reviews

Edit: Take a look at the reviews for all versions, not just the current versions reviews. Its been three months since my only transaction with this app and I still havent been given a refund for THEIR mistake. There were three five star reviews had the same typo. They pumped up good reviews in attempt to balance the authentic bad reviews. Then, they just got rid of all the lower reviews. Average user interface. Average transaction. Curbside was not very easy once we got to the store - there were no clear "Curbside" signs and the associate with our stuff noted she had trouble navigating the app. My main issue with this service is their inability to follow up with user complaints. MONTHS ago, I was charged TWICE for a single transaction. I emailed Curbside and received no response. I only received a reply once I complained publicly on their Facebook page. After an initial response to my email, they completely vanished again. I would rather walk into the store and do my shopping than deal with this awful customer service. Not worth the headache at all.

I have been using Curbside for a few months and I love it. No need to take the kids out of the car of wait at the registers. I barely ever go inside a Target store now.

Great service! FYI, they dont accept tipping, so I wonder how do they earn money?! Great experience, save much time; dont have to find parking, wondering around the store to find the items! Will shop more through the app in the future! Thanks!

After ordering my items I get to the store Saying my pick up was ready. I had to wait in the car for 20 minutes before I just went in only to find my item was out of stock! And then later I found out I had been charged already for that item! It was around $36 bucks so needless to say I was pretty upset and figured CS would help me! But nope, emailed them 3 times now each time to have them ask for my info and then never email me back again! Worst experience

I do like to shop for myself however, I cant always find a rising cart to use at Target. This app makes that less of a worry. Ive used it twice now & havent had any problems. I even forgot to stop on my way home to pick up my order & went the next afternoon to get it. It took less than 5 minutes for the Target employee to bring it out & the process was smooth.

I love the convenience that curbside offers. Efficient with timing & have had no problem. Have shopped several times at target & CVS locations! Friendly staff too!

Pretty sure I have been using curbside since the first week it opened on Geary in SF. I love it. Sure ordering may not always be perfect but thanks okay and Sometimes the things I want are not available. What I love this the convince. Its easy if you want a few things and dont want to deal with parking and then Deal with standing in line. Its awesome. Which is why I pretty much only shop using curbside from target to Best Buy to now cvs. Your great thanks curbside and the great team they have!!

You will notice that your bill on your card will always be different from the estimate on the app. Nobody checks due to the convenience of it all. And whats the reason for having always 2 deductions on your card, one for tax and another for the item and when uou add them together, its always bigger than actual bill. And when you email them, they say it will be refunded later. But who checks daily to see if your extras come back? I say its a scam on getting some interest back.

I cant tell you how many times Ive wanted to just grab one thing at target without having to haul 3 kids under 5 inside. This service is amazing!!!! And often faster than they predict. And I get promo codes every now and then that are literally free money. Love these guys!!!

Love this app so much! Ive been using it for the past year & is so convenient. They have good $10 off coupons all the time. The one time I had a issue they not only followed up with me via email but all called me as well to resolve it. Keep it up :)

Ive placed about five orders I love curbside

Do not bother trying to shop with this company if you live in an apartment.They will deny you promotions even if you have a different name/credit card/phone #/email because someone else in your building used the promotion.I contacted customer service and they were no help despite the fact that I am clearly a different person from the other tenants.

The problem with curbside is that the choices from the various stores is too limited. For example the Apple Store only allows a limited number of item to be ordered. This seems to be true with most of the stores. This will only really be successful if the stores allow more items to be ordered for curbside pickup.

Love this. No hassle of parking, lines, etc. just drive up and pick it up!

This app make shopping wonderful! I dont like lines, I dont like stores, I dont like wasting time walking around aisles. If not for this app, I wouldnt shop at target either. However, this app simply makes shopping wonderful

Ive used this app a few times since the service became available in my area. I have 4 boys under 7 so this is a lifesaver!! When they are sick, making me crazy, or I just need a couple things; click, click, click and pickup! So easy! I cant wait until they add in FULL grocery!!
